ASLEEP – A virtual reality platform for training in neuroleadership

LabLENI develops, together with LevelUpNegocios, the ASLEEP project, a virtual reality platform for training in horizontal skills in neuroleadership, using biometric signals and new mixed reality techniques with hyperrealistic avatars.

The objective of the project is to promote and improve the learning of complex concepts about neuroleadership. Virtual reality has been chosen as the basis of the system for its ability to generate implicit learning by exposing the player to reproductions of real situations, but in an environment that allows absolute control of stimuli and real-time measurement of psychophysiological and behavioral metrics.
