This project proposes a new practical, realistic, and evidence-based approach that will allow the selection of specific competencies to objectively assess leadership style and ability.
This will be achieved thanks to the design of a new platform based on independent virtual environments for each of the competencies, allowing a hidden evaluation (implicit measures) through serious games. Thanks to the use of artificial intelligence techniques such as machine learning, it will be possible to evaluate and cluster the results, developing algorithms that allow a prediction of behavior and the generation of performance reports for each user.”
