The goal of PEOPLE project is creating an assessment tool based in games of execution to evaluate abilities of company staff. With this evaluation is possible to develop the competence each person is standing out.

Some specific objectives of the project are:
Definition of cognitive and psicologic variables for each competence.
Specify particular assessment tasks.
Validation of suggested tasks efficiency.
Development of an application to perform tests available for PC and Android.
