The overall objective is to create a virtual reality platform that enables the assessment of a set of horizontal competencies, such as decision-making skills and other interpersonal abilities, in a hyper-realistic context. This will be achieved through the collection of implicit measures of behaviors, psychophysiological signals, and conduct of leaders across different organizational cultures.
