The April 2020 official newsletter of the HELIOS EU-funded project is now available!
HELIOS – A Context-aware Distributed Social Networking Framework
The HELIOS project aims to develop, implement and validate a decentralized social media platform that will address the dynamic nature of human communications in three dimensions: contextual, spatial and temporal.
Technically, this platform is an extension for mobile operating systems (first Android), providing easy-to-apply peer-to-peer social media functionality for 3rd party developers. HELIOS will be built in a modular and extensible manner, by enabling all features characterizing social media today and growing beyond.
In this issue our team is presented as one of the partners of the project.
