An Occasional Paper about a study carried out jointly by Banco de España and LabLENI has been published
The title of the publication is “Neurometrics applied to banknote and security features design”.

Today, the results of a study carried out jointly by Banco de España and our team have been published in an Occasional Paper entitled “Neurometrics applied to banknote and security features design”.
This publication presents a methodology on the application of neuroanalysis to the design of banknotes and security features.
LabLENI and Banco de España will continue working together on neurodesign for banknotes and security features, integrating AI to process the information gathered via supervised ML algorithms obtaining representative assessments of the public’s perception about banknote and security feature design.
