LabLENI, part of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), has been recognized by the European Commission as one of the "Key Innovators" in the European project EXPERIENCE, funded under the Horizon 2020 program. This recognition is based on the analysis carried out by the Commission's Innovation Radar team, which assesses the innovations developed in European projects.
One of the highlighted innovations is the "Extended-Personal Reality" technology, which allows for the automatic generation of virtual reality (VR) environments with embedded emotional content. This innovation has been categorized as "Business Ready" in terms of market maturity and has been deemed "Noteworthy" in its market creation potential.
In addition to UPV, other key partners in the development of this technology include the Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata and the Università di Pisa. In the coming weeks, information about this innovation will be published on the Innovation Radar platform, which currently features more than 11,000 EU-funded innovations.
This recognition provides UPV with the opportunity to showcase its innovative work on a global scale and attract potential partners, clients, and investors interested in its developments. Additionally, organizations included in the platform can apply for further market support services, such as the Dealflow.eu program and the Horizon Results Booster.
For more information, the Innovation Radar platform can be accessed, or the project coordination team at the Università di Pisa can be contacted.
